    * flash flooding remains possible as additional bands of heavy rain from cindy`s remnant circulation moves east northeast across kentucky and tennessee today.
    * additional rainfall totals up to 3 inches are possible, especially where the more persistent rain bands set up. Five to ten inches of rain have already fallen across much of the watch area since late tuesday. Any additional heavy rainfall will only further increase the flooding potential across the area. In addition to the flash flooding, many area rivers are now in or will soon go into minor to moderate flood.
