PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) – An Escambia County, Florida man has been arrested for forging checks and fleeing deputies on two different occasions.
Deputies say Lucas Williams passed forged and altered checks at several different locations in the Pensacola area dating back to 2015.
In 2017, deputies caught up with Williams in his vehicle but he fled from them. Deputies were not able to catch him.
Deputies attempted to stop Williams again in 2017, but he fled in his vehicle with an eight-year-old child in the car.
Williams now faces cruelty towards a child, forgery and fleeing and eluding police charges.
